This curiosity is understandable, especially when you encounter someone who radiates hope and joy despite facing numerous obstacles.
As a Resilience Coach, I often get asked how I maintain such a positive outlook after experiencing significant adversity in a short period. The answer lies in a choice: adversity can either make you bitter or better. I chose the latter, and here's why.
